Renting a house can be the right choice for people who have new jobs in new place or don’t have home yet. Renters usually look for a house that matches with their budgets or a house with complete facilities, such as: kitchen, swimming pool, garden, etc.
A common misconception by home sellers is that they hire an agent to sell their home, and the agent will bring most of the buyers to their home. Although an agent handles a plethora of tasks, an agent is hired first to market the home and generate interest in the property.
As the name suggests, seller property disclosure statements are designed to disclose any known material defects to the buyer. These are important to fill out carefully so you do not unintentionally forget something that may have occurred in the past.
Once you have selected an agent, you will need to complete and sign several documents in order to list your home for sale. Most states require a consumer notice that explains how an agent works for you, a seller’s property disclosure statement, a closing cost estimate, and a listing contract. Some states or municipalities require more paperwork or less.
How often will you be in contact with me during the term of the listing? A good agent should be communicating with you on a weekly basis. Any less than that, and he or she is clearly not focused on selling your property.
