Our Marva Silent Bass Angler's eighth tournament was held at Potomac River at Leesylvania State Park ramp on Sunday, September 21, 2008
There were 10 anglers showed up the eighth tourney of 2008. We had 5 boats. The weather was partly cloudy/sunny breeze. The air temperature was around 75 degree. The water temperature was around 74-80 degree.
There were only 7 largemouth bass that had been caught, and the total weight was 8.62 lbs. Only 5 out of 10 anglers caught largemouth bass.
Sam Harris won the tournament. He caught two bass with worm. The total weight was 2.57 lbs. Danny Duckwall was in second place with two bass which weighed 2.40 lbs. He used worms. Tony Schiffiano was in third place with one bass which weighed 1.78 lbs. We would like to congratulate to Sammy Harris
